
Andrew W. Spangler attended Texas Tech University where he received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering, cum laude. He then attended S.M.U. Dedman School of Law where he received his J.D., cum laude.
Andrew began his career in Dallas, Texas working for a specialized patent litigation firm but left when he had the opportunity to serve as a law clerk to the Honorable T. John Ward, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Texas. Following his clerkship, Andrew worked for a Texas-based commercial litigation firm before beginning Spangler Law P.C.
Mr. Spangler is well versed in patent infringement litigation with a particular focus on enforcing patent rights. Having assisted clients with the resolution of hundreds of cases, Andrew understands how to identify a client's priorities and achieve a client's objectives, whether through litigation or otherwise.
